I’m writing this article with the willing to propose The Noble Rings project, created with the occasion of The Olympic Games, London 2012, becoming actual in this olympic year, for The Olympic Games, Rio 2016

*The Noble Rings is a valuable project, not only because I believe on it, but for :

~the values it represents, the olympic values: respect, dignity, faith, open heart, determination, tenacity, optimism, energy, teamplay…

~the benefits that its implementation and its communication could generate

~the feedback I’ve received in 2012

Before to present the project and its benefits, I want to make a refference to Mr Reid Hoffman from LinkedIn, article: „The four tiers of engagement: What Silicon Valley taught me about collaboration and time management”

There are important insights about leadership engagement, project management engagement, for achieving results in a project implementation, and interesting exemples regarding  the importance of the time management and collaboration into a project.

Here, I posted an opinion regarding the planning:

Planning could mean in a few words: setting priorities, times, actives needed, time to focus

Arrived to be difficult to make plans on long periods of time.

It is good to make a new Gantt, a little bit different, based on choosing well the most efficient actives, needed for each activity.

All these will give a picture for the project status, will give an efficient budget needed, will give the shorter time needed to implement the project.

But I think at these times, we need to move quickly and to see fast results;

The projects “connected with the society” like Noble Rings could bring fast results through the benefits for the companies that implement it and through the fact that can make people happy;

And happiness could make a better world

At these times, we have to live trying to find solutions for challanging that are on different domains, that are interconnected, in order to arrive to use our intelligence, creativity, innovations, abilities, knowhow and to start to build;

We can say to build happiness

De aceea, este nevoie de o anumita atitudine de a citi, a gandi, a simti, a da like, share, a oferi o opinie, pentru a creste relevanta contentului.

Intr-un retweet, am scris ca  Twitter este un loc unde oamenii pot sa urmeze ideea ca lumea poate fi mai buna.

Conexiunile dintre oameni pot sa faca sa se intample multe lucruri bune; cu cat oamenii inteleg mai bine schimbarile care sunt necesare la nivel individual si in societate, pe atat de mult aceste conexiuni ofera increderea ca sunt sanse pentru  o lume mai buna.

*Friendship cannot exist without open heart; that means a kind of love

*The valuable friendship needs reciprocity, with action and reaction

*Love, friendship, gave unconditionaly, the most valuable, exist, but at the very high level

Generally, between levels, we are moving our lives, depending on how much we are able to give from our feelings, respect, help, attention, personalized opinions, prioritization; how much we are able to try to understand and to believe on the friend’s dreams, abilities, especially when the life challenged.

On social media, we are presenting ourselves, we are making connections, we are communicating; every social media has its role, and there are links between them, created through the same people.

I think Facebook arrived to be the place where can be built premises for valuable connections and can be created the base for our presentation on the other social media places;

I have written a comment on LinkedIn regarding the content posted on social media, that means what is writing, photo, video; on social media we are not building ROI, we could build confidence, awarness, connection.

That’s why, we need an attitude to read, think, feel, like, share, give our opinion, to build relevancy to the content.

In a retweet I wrote that Twitter is a place where world of people can follow the ideea that the world can be better.

The connections between people, could make a lot of good things to happen; as much as people understand the changes that are now needed individually, into the society, as much as the connections between them, give believes that there are chances for a better world.

I can add that

quality could give us a quality life regarding saving time, saving money, saving stress, giving comfort, giving health, giving style, giving wellness

*to have a good sets of values

The skills, the abilities of the athletes who are making performance are brought to the level of values in competition like olympic games, when we can speak about olympic values: determination, open heart, tenacity, teamwork, respect, fair play, energy, faith, hope…

The performance could be the attempt, the wish to be better and better on the daily activity, doing with pleasure what you do, besides what you have to do.

The sport, like music, like art is an expression form for the own values having like benefits the approaching to the equilibrum with yourself and with the others.
That’s why, I think that

the olympic values could be the values that need to act as much as possible like highlights on our way

*to promote valuable things, people, ideas

The networking, wrote media, TV, advertisements, social media, all are good frameworks for companies, for people to speak, write, share valuable things.

 

Promoting  valuable things, ideas, people, should be an attitude

These all are important for us but are very important for the young generation.

And we need to help them, to sustain them in order they arrive to know their abilities and to build their valuable sets of values, to have them like landmarks on their ways to performance.

Mesaj la festivitatea de inaugurare a Liceului „Taras Sevcenco”

„…..Fiti bineveviti, stimati oaspeti, in Sighetu Marmatiei, centrul stravechiului Maramures, incarcat de istorie si traditie. Participam acum la un moment festiv cand, dupa 30 ani, in aceasta zona de convergenta a unor arii istorice si etnice semnificative in care alaturi de romani traiesc si etnici ucraineni, isi redeschide portile Liceul cu predare in limba ucraineana „Taras Sevcenko”. Inspectoratul Scolar al Judetului Maramures, vede in acest eveniment un semn concret in procesul de complexe schimbari pe care le realizeaza, nu fara dificultate societatea romaneasca si implicit scoala.

In cadrul liceului, elevii ucraineni sub indrumarea directorilor Teodor Popovici si Ana Popovici si a unor dascali constienti de ritmul pe care il impune societatea moderna de tip european si occidental spre care aspiram, vor avea posibilitatea desavarsirii studiilor, pentru a deveni la randul lor, creatori de bunuri morale si materiale.

„Doresc sa felicit pe toata lumea pentru lucrul bine facut. Pe profesori pentru profesionalism, rigoarea impusa in evaluarea lucrarilor, pe elevi pentru seriozitatea de care au dat dovada in abordarea temelor. Impresioneaza multitudinea temelor ce vizeza mediul natural si social, este aceasta o premisa ca ziua de maine are sanse sa fie mai buna. Multumim celor care s-au implicat in aceasta actiune.

Daca v-a placut in Maramures, va rugam sa reveniti, sutele de porti maramuresene raman deschise.

Biography Vasile Anisorac

15 feb 1950

~ Born in Bistra village , Maramures county , son of George and Anna Anisorac that with love , intuition , wisdom and responsibility have guided his adolescence steps

1956-1963

~He goes to school in the village , teaching in Ukrainian , Class 1 and 2

~Considering that it is important for the future, parents decide that the 3rd grade school to studied in Romanian language in Petrova, the near village; 

1963-1967

High School ” Dragos Voda ” Sighet , with passion for history, with modestly and hardworking, he makes visible steps towards performance

1968-1972

Student at the Faculty of History Philosophy , “Babes Bolyai” Cluj Napoca, known to have always a book and a sheet of notes with him

1972-1987

~The school inspector for Maramures county, reelected after the revolution 

~Secretary of the Society of Historical Sciences Maramures

1991-1997

~he joins Christian Democratic National Peasants’ Party , he is admiring Corneliu Coposu

Message to the inauguration of the High School “Taras Sevcenco “

“Welcome in Sighet , the ancient center of Maramures, full of history and tradition. Now we are participating at a festive moment, when, after 30 years, in this area of convergence of  significant historical and ethnic areas where among romanians live ukrainians, the High School “Taras Sevchenko” is opening the gates. The Inspectorate for Education of the Maramures, is seeing in this event a good step into the complex changes that the romanian society and the schools are passing. 

Into the High School, the ukranians pupils, having good coachers, the directors Teodor Popovici and Ana Popovici and the teachers, that are awared of the rithm needed for the  european and occidental society, will have the opportunity to learn for their future, to become the creators of the materials and morals goods.

The open of the High School with the ukranian teaching, in Sighetu Marmatiei, demonstrate again, a real open of the romanian educational system to Europe”

I’ve asked my son Lucas, 6 years old:

What is the difference between joy and happiness?

Because his answer when I have downloaded him a game that he wanted very much was that he is full of joy and happy

Lucas:

*The joy is when we are glad, with smiles on our faces

*The happiness is when it is better

For Romania, to be happy and  full of joy , it needs to not rounded anymore slowly, tiring, with despondency, in a circle from many years old.

In order to evoluate, Romania needs to change.

Besides the natural beauties and treasures, received like gifts, Romania needs to mean people; needs to mean collective feeling, collective thinking and a good communication of what it is usefull, relevant and valuable.

The change involves the construction of a good sets of values, I named them olympic values or olympism values: respect, dignity, faith, open heart, determination, tenacity, optimism, energy, teamplay…

These values needs to function like highlights.

This collective set of values could tell it, is forming through regaining the trust.

And I am not referring now to the people trust in other people that are governing them, but to the trust into the results that people arrived to see around them and into them lives.

Seeing that it is possible, people could arrive to change to themselves what they arrive to understand that could be necessary…

This trust can be constructed through a few well defined directions, here are those that I consider now priorities:

~the concentration on the young generation, the priorities on fitted and efficient educational and learning programmes

The young generation is our future, they are adapting, they wish to live in a better world, they are connected, they are intelligent, with open hearts;

We need to help them to find their direction on their life, to create chances for them, to create reasons to be happy

We need to listen them, to give them credibility and to learn things that we have to make, into the present for the future

~collaboration between estate and the micro and macro business environment, its development sustain; the estate and the business environment should function like an entire

~prioritization with focus on quality, efficiency, efficacy, results that can generate resources

~concentration on value, quality, things that make the difference and communicate them in an organised, adequate way  

~opening to valuable people, to innovative ideas, to leadership, to people that want and that are able to participate, to be involved, to help through knowhow, knowledge, vision

The things need to move fast, the results need to be seen in short time.

The time became a resource more and more precious.

We need to try to make that our children not be another sacrificed generation. 

Romania has to define its international position, to take attitude to the global situations, to offer real support and to propose relevant, argued solutions that can produce fast results.

Romania shown that it is possible, into the history, when during a few years, became the European granary having the capital in Bucharest, a cosmopolitan city, named The Small Paris. Today, there are valuable people, part of them well known, others not known, that can be involved and to give support. The tragic event #colectiv, has been created an unprecedented action, when people sorted on the street, without leaders and organization, together with their children, showing that they want a better and a safer life.

In crisis situations, not the adaptability degree is the most important thing, but, the most important are the reaction capacity, to take the best decisions, in short time, with limited resources, taking into the consideration the people; the creation of the contingency plans; the demanded support, the received support and the preparation to give support, forward.

During all this time, the hope need to be fed and this thing are making with faith, open heart, fitted communication and with measuring the results.

During theses days, in Paris takes place the #COP21 meeting, Conferences of the Parties, where the world’s leaders, political, business, science people, are proposing concrete solutions for the stringent problems that the humanity needs to face on, about peace, about the global warming.

Romania should be there, with valuable and reliable solutions.

I offer my knowledge, experiences, aptitudes, to come with reliable solutions that can bring fast results, through Hearty Concept; I wish these projects like ~The young generation is our future~ to become to be implemented.

I would like that the affirmation ” My job is to make tomorrow’s world better” Steve Rogers #MarvelMondayMotivation, to find its place more evident in Romania, because it represents a way to think that could create the premises for the change that is needed…
