Hybrid work can be the harmonious combination between professional life and family life/ extra professional, with benefits for people and companies and with beneficial effects in the economy, social, environment. Because time and energy are more manageable and also, because it has been proven, since this pandemic, that #hybridwork helps a #sustainablebusiness, especially in terms of reduction of pollution, uncontrolled consumption of water and electricity. 

The shift to the Green Economy, with a rapid growth in some countries such as the UK, where, according to the data, the low carbon sector grew by 7.4% 2019/2020 and 9% in 2020/2021 is supported to a considerable extent and of the #hybridwork strategies adopted by some companies. They support a sustainable business towards net zero targets, such as those set by the EU Green Deal, for example, with a commitment to reduce emissions till 2050 by at least 55% by 2030 compared to 1990 levels.  

Developing and adapting tech solutions for hybrid work / remote work, I addressed this topic in the part 1 of the article, along with achieving companies #sustainablegoals, which are already adopted or will be adopted in the near future, inevitably lead to rethinking strategies at cities level, at #smartcity, taking into account hybrid work. This will be an important topic at Smart Cities Connect Conference and Expo next month, 

“how to better create hybrid environments, enhance digital skill-building, and prepare your community for change”   

“The world of work is changing in every way. COVID-19 caused major shifts in where and how we work, and the need for a digital workforce outpaced other areas for job growth. The rise of robotics and AI-automated tools will further escalate the need for new thinking as cities optimize their workforces and work environments.”

Facing #HybridWork, a “new normal” challenge

“There’s no going back to the way the work environment it was before”  

Many surveys conducted last year and this year, show that people want to work remotely at least a few days a week, 86% of employees, and 74% of companies in UK now are planning on maintaining the increase in #HybridWorking, as it shows a Regus company report.   

In US 55%of employees want a mixture of home and office working.    

“We try to use home working days less for video sessions and more for the tasks that require concentration. A task that may take several hours in the office may be completed in just an hour or two at home,” the source BBC, in the article Why the future of work might be ‘hybrid’ – BBC Worklife  

“Remote work has been proven to save millions of dollars for enterprises and employees are more productive when working from home”, it says in a UiPath article, which highlights the role that automation, RPA solutions have, in overcoming the most important barriers that a company has in the remote work or hybrid work implementation strategy.     

And these obstacles are legacy system and operations system, and the implementation of “Automation technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) have a unique capacity to bridge the gap between short-term workforce changes and longer-term modern solutions“ .   

You can find in this webinar how the UiPath Platform helps to pivot to remote work in the “new normal”.  

From my own experience, I also believe that through a good organization, #HybridWork can be the beneficial combination between professional life and extra-professional, personal, family life, with a good yield for people and companies.   

Thus, hybrid work can have a beneficial impact on the economy, social and environment, and I will narrate this in a future article.

Politicul si dependenta de oameni

googleTK-EmployeeSurvey-Callout-1Anul trecut am solicitat din nou audienta la Administratia Prezidentiala in legatura cu drepturile mamei, drepturile copilului, drepturile omului in general, in concordanta cu proiectul prezidential “Romania Educata”, am fost invitata in audienta, iar pe data de 30 Decembrie 2019 am participat la audienta. Zilele trecute am primit raspunsul, iar acesta spune ca cerintele mele exced competentele legale ale Presedintelui Romaniei. Cand am fost in audienta, am lasat un document care contine o parte dintre legile pe care le consider gresite si alte legi care consider ca lipsesc, in concordanta cu experientele prin care am trecut, si descrierea acestor experiente. Acestea pot sa constituie argumente pentru corectarea legilor/introducerea celor pe care le-am semnalat. Am solicitat recuperare pierdere financiara datorata legilor gresite si a celor care ar fi trebuit sa existe, sau colaborare/parteneriat pe unul sau mai multe proiecte: Communication and Education, Sustenability and Climate Action, Smart City, Digitizare

Chiar daca Consilierii din Administratia Prezidentiala au fost binevoitori, acestia urmeaza niste reguli care parca impiedica pe oricine sa personalizeze decizii, sa schimbe ceva care ar trebui schimbat.

~Vocile oamenilor, chiar daca sunt din afara politicului, trebuie sa se auda! Vocea oamenilor cu competente si viziune, care vor sa ~construiasca, trebuie sa se auda!

Ei spun ca legile trebuie schimbate, dar nu le schimba! Eu cred ca e multa incompetenta si delasare, amanarea lucrurilor importante si dificile, incompetenta in prioritizare, chiar la nivel de top management! Iar timpul trece! Este vorba despre lipsa de leadership in directiile cele mai importante, cum sunt directiile EU, pentru ca acestea sunt catre democratie, digitizare, drepturile omului si demnitate, GreenDeal, si pentru ca aceste directii,  sunt declarate people centric, citizens centric! Pentru acest aspect, exista joburile pe care ei le au! Pentru nici un alt motiv! Acesta este singurul si unicul! Sa fie in slujba oamenilor! Ei ii platesc, ei sunt ~clientii, fara ei, joburile lor nu ar exista! Sunt putini cei alesi, numiti, care inteleg aceasta dependenta a joburilor lor, fata de binele oamenilor! Aceasta dependenta ar trebui sa reprezinte 80% din focusul lor profesional!

Am citit si am inteles ca Presedintele are drepturi legale, inclusiv ca poate sa schimbe legi! Ar fi culmea culmilor sa nu stie asta!

Pleaca tinerii, studentii, din tara, pleaca forever, dar pleaca si din Europa, pentru ca li se arata un drum pe care ei sunt pretuiti, un drum in care are rost sa invete pentru ca pe acel drum se apreciaza si se plateste valoarea! Si sunt multi cei care sunt si vor sa fie valorosi!

Cu toate experientele mele de pana acum, am inteles ca oamenii au nevoie si de recunoastere pentru lucrurile marunte sau importante, cele pe care ei le realizeaza in viata! Aceasta este cea mai mare implinire! Sunt oameni care, chiar au ajuns sa isi descopere menirea, iar pentru acestia, recunoasterea realizarilor, respectul, reprezinta o mare bucurie! Pentru ca pot sa mearga mai departe si ~sa construiasca!

#HorizonEurope CoDesig,  Implementation of the Future Research and Innovation Program

With a proposed budget of 100 billion euro from 2021 to 2027, the Horizon Europe framework programme represents the largest collaborative multinational research and innovation investment in Europe and is open to participants worldwide.

Since the summer of 2019, the Commission has engaged in extensive co-design activities, inviting anyone with an interest in EU Research and Innovation priorities, to participate in consultation exercises on the Horizon Europe’s first strategic plan.

I’m glad I participated on the call for Horizon Europe CoDesign initiative and these are my inputs and views:

~ For an effective evaluation the “Topics which allow for a wide range of possible pathways to achieve the targeted impact” to be very well defined; it’s important to give an important weight to quality criteria, analyzing the mission

~To add a new function, a new provision, in Model Gantt; it’s an innovative concept that I’ve created I can say, and applied in a few projects; it’s about prioritizing the resources depending on the importance of the activities in achieving the target and the mission

~The structure of the work program to be made on a logical scheme, easily and efficiently conducting the work and coaching the team

~Educate the users and beneficiaries about the importance of communication; Develop a network of professional consultants that can help in creating relevant, nice, efficient case studies

~For improving the project reporting, it’s important to add reporting on Sustainability

~ I would like ti have a specific dashboard on Sustainability and Innovation

~ The additional orientations for maximising the value and use of data from EU R&I programs: Additional Incentives for Innovations; Support to materialize the invention, the innovation, and EU promotion for persons, team that innovate;

Innovation has to mean evolution for the society and people, and happiness and weal for the persons, team that innovate; on the same time, it’s very important that  innovation represents a good and profitable investment for investors

~The indicators and their efficiency are important; besides ROI could be the Rates of Returns for example;

~My perception of the system of payments for lump sum project funding: Lump sum will simplify the control and can reduce the time for starting and implementation and anyway the beneficiaries will have a cost report

~European Partnerships more attractive for prospective partners: A good communication of the project and benefits and calls for partnerships facilities; the Portal functionalities that enhance communication, working remotely; events and opportunities for networking

~Sometimes a good challenge opens new ways. „People build tools deeply influenced by tools they use to build new tools” True innovation can change this for better and open new ways. I think that innovation and vision, with ponder in eligibility criteria in EU Programs like Horizon Europe, can be at these times, more important that financial prediction in unsure economies. I consider Horizon Europe a Sustainable Program, focused on Research & Innovation that can enhance an evolution of humanity through: AI&Tech, innovative solutions on Sustainability following the SDGs, solutions on ClimateChange, educative leadership and good & efficient marketing & communication

Sustainability is a Gold Goal

Some people seem that have a native #SustainabilityAttitude, some people are educated and started to be educated on this important way. Important for themselves and for the entire humanity.

Because Sustainability means to act for a better world, even to save the world, that have never been more real, closer to the need for action and further to be utopian.

Working on the solution to a Herox and Xprize challenge competitionA sustainable approach to seawall design and construction to be implemented on the Island of Happiness in Bali,

I’ve defined a 6 levels for the solutions on Global Goals, SDGs, Climate Change:

*to prevent the degradation in every SDGs : decent work and economic growth, sustainable cities and communities, clean water and sanitation, responsible consumption and production, peace and justice, affordable clean energy, …

*to protect all the valuable ~actives~ we still have: environmental and nature, culture, education, good business practices, fintech, smart tech, efficient AI, …

These two levels are directly related to the #SustainabilityAttitude

*to create, to innovate

The real important visions, valuable idea with solid argues, are given to people in order to be respected, understood and to be considered like bases for building results.

*to implement, to solve

Becoming mandatory to find efficient and innovative solutions to the world challenges, solutions that can get fast results; their implementation is very important, in order to keep the values of creative and brilliant idea in business sectors, public and communities.

*to ensure a good life and growth of the #PeopleHappiness Level

Even describing People Happiness like trying for everyday better life, this Attitude will need a Sustainability component.

The most important ingredient in #ParisAgreement and #ClimateChange actions is the optimism

For world’s businesses, Sustainability, is a viable, with results, way to add value to the brand, to increase employees engagement, clients engagement.

In June 2018, I’ve participated to the Responsible Business Summit Europe, in London #RBSEU, an Ethical Corporation Event, a high level excellence event content in Sustainability and Business Responsibility.

Here are some of the valuable event insights that I’ve noticed on my agenda:

„inspiration of how we see the future” „ thinking in generation” „ investing in making a world a better place” „ we want our impact to the land, remains plate” „ making real things that can collaborate with your own values” „efficiency is a way to sustainability” „those that sustain change can innovate” „the journey starts today” „to make sure that what we do, last” „ on a guitar, all the strings should sound well” „sustainability is just doing good business” „in sustainability, collaboration is a key” „inclusive capitalism, thinking in different way”

Assurance for the Equilibrium

If, in the country, things go wrong because some of the laws are wrong, other important laws do not exist, the Constitution needs to be revised and updated, because the majority of those who have to lead the country are people who do not have the competence to lead, are people who pursue the personal interests 95%, remaining only 5% for the interest for citizens and because there is too much populism.

Then, the laws and the EuropeanUnion measures must have the role to create a balance! These must be seen as landmarks. Once these measures have been implemented, they must produce results. Results that need to be communicated effectively in order that information can reach citizens at all levels; to give hope, trust, and to develop European sentiment. I see that this is the main benefit that should be for the EU membership; A sort of assurance for balance!

And the mechanisms for the European framework, to work; to ensue that the call to the assurance for the balance is efficient, cost effective and assumed by the parties; and to produce mutual benefits.Including the use of the European Funds, if these can be customized on the specifics of the country, this personalization must be effective, efficient, with no bureaucracy. This benefit of the EU membership must be applied at the macro level; now, every person can benefit from EU membership, but they have to get to the sources of information and to know about the existence of certain laws, projects, useful programs; the chances of success at the individual level are very low; being time-consuming, costly and difficult; because in the first place you have to change mentalities and to prove that in certain situations, you have to take precedence over EU laws, if they are for the benefit of the citizen and if they are logical.

What are the chances of those who do not vote for the lack of the ability to lead? In fact, 90% of them understand to be Europeans; What to do? To leave the country? The chances for my professional activity for example, at the level of  the professional education and knowledge I have,  to find a job, are very low! Those who left the country have gone as a “workforce” and the need for “workforce” has become a reality into the country as well. The chance is an evolution of the society; I believe that the EU must facilitate the chances of talents, knowledge, professionals, innovators, game changers across the EU, at least as much as the “workforce”

The EU must be seen from the above; like an entire, that in order to be prosperous and energetic, every part of the whole must work; The EU should be seen as a mother who must go further with her children. As a map showing in real time and at the same time, the situation of each country, according to relevant criteria: economic, social, leadership, sustainability, GlobalGoals and Climate Change. Where the situation needs support, it must be given by the EU and each side to see real benefits and the EU to go  forward, like an entire; with an European collective thinking; for which there is a need for sustainability education and GlobalGoals, in the idea of ​​community, education for a national and European sentiment.

Asigurare pentru Echilibru

Daca lucrurile nu merg bine in tara pentru ca o parte dintre legi sunt gresite, altele importante nu exista, Constitutia trebuie revizuita si updatata, pentru ca la conducerea tarii sunt persoane care nu au competente sa conduca, sunt persoane care urmaresc interese personale 95% ramanand doar 5% pentru interesul cetatenilor si pentru ca este mult prea mult populism

Atunci, legile, masurile EuropeanUnion trebuie sa aiba un rol de echilibru! Acestea trebuie sa fie vazute ca si repere. Odata aplicate aceste masuri, acestea trebuie sa produca rezultate. Rezultate care trebuie comunicate eficient astfel incat, informatia sa ajunga la cetateni, la toate nivelele; pentru a da speranta, incredere si pentru a dezvolta sentimentul european.

Acesta vad eu ca este principalul beneficiu care ar trebui sa fie pentru apartenenta la EU; Un fel de asigurare pentru echilibru!

Iar mecanismele de ~prindere~ la framework ul european sa functioneze; astfel incat apelarea la aceasta ~asigurare pentru echilibru~ sa fie eficienta, cost efective si asumata de catre parti; si sa produca beneficii mutuale.

Inclusiv apelarea la Fondurile Europene, daca se admite personalizarea pe specificul tarii, aceasta personalizare trebuie sa fie inspre eficienta, eficacitate, cu cat mai putina birocratie.

Acest beneficiu de apartenenta la EU trebuie insa aplicat in masa ; la un nivel macro; acum, fiecare individ poate sa beneficieze de apartenenta la EU, dar trebuie sa ajunga la sursele de informare si sa stie despre existenta anumitor legi, proiecte, programe utile; sansele de reusita la nivel individual sunt foarte reduse; fiind vorba despre incercari care iau timp, costisitoare si anevoioase; pentru ca in primul rand trebuie sa schimbi mentalitati si sa demonstrezi ca in anumite situatii, trebuie sa primeze legile EU, daca acestea sunt in folosul cetateanului si daca sunt logice.

Care sunt sansele celor care nu voteaza lispa capacitatii de a conduce? Care de fapt sunt cei care in proportie de 90% inteleg sa fie europeni; Ce sa faca? Sa plece din tara? Sansele ca acestia sa profeseze la nivelul lor de pregatire si cunostiinte sunt foarte mici!

Cei care au plecat din tara au plecat ca si „forta de munca” iar nevoia de „forta de munca” a devenit o realitate si in tara.

Sansa este o evolutie a societatii; Cred ca EU trebuie sa faciliteze sanse pentru talente, knowledge, profesionisti, inovatori, game changeri, in intreaga EU, cel putin la fel de mult ca si „forta de munca”

EU trebuie privita de mai de sus; ca pe un intreg, care pentru a fi prosper si cu energie, trebuie ca fiecare parte a intregului sa functioneze; EU trebuie privita ca pe o mama care trebuie sa mearga mai departe cu copiii ei. Ca pe o harta care arata in timp real si in acelasi timp situatia fiecarei tari in functie de criterii relevante: economic, social, leadership, sustenabilitate, GlobalGoals si Climate Change.

Acolo unde situatia are nevoie de sprijin, acesta trebuie acordat de catre EU, astfel incat fiecare parte sa vada beneficii reale iar EU sa mearga inainte, ca un intreg; cu o gandire colectiva europeana; pentru care este nevoie de educatie in sustenabilitate si GlobalGoals, in  ideea de comunitate, de educatie pentru un sentiment national si european.

IMG_29922IMG_1269 2Image-1Folosind toate activele din prezent pe calea catre proiectia viitorului dorit, au rezultat cateva realizari anul trecut, 2017, realizari pe care imi face placere sa le specific in randurile acestui blog.

Si asta pentru ca aceste realizari in 7 luni, s-au bazat pe actiuni inedite pentru mine, in care am pus determinare, perseverenta si calitate; si chiar daca determinarea importanta a venit din nevoia financiara, rezultatele au fost peste asteptari de insemnate.

Atunci cand a fost greu si parea ca nu ma pricep, m-a ajutat energia constienta si suplimentara pe care o adaugam prin respectul fata de o investitie care trebuia sa produca, fata de beneficiarii muncii mele, fata de bani; si m-a ajutat Natura, pe care o pretuiesc si o vad ca o reprezentare a energiei divine.

2IMG_1723A fost un test pentru mine, pe care recunosc, nu mi l-am dorit. Dar a fost un test inedit de iscusinta, forta fizica, organizare, viteza, atentie la detalii, pasiune pentru gust si originalitate, gasire solutii tehnice logice si creative care sa rezolve probleme cu costuri mici.

Acestea, combinate cu o buna relationare cu clientii, cu furnizorii de servicii online si cu gasirea mediilor eficiente de comunicare, sa duca la concluzia ca in 7 luni munca mea, timpul si energia alocate in aceasta directie, intr-un context mult mai amplu de activitati, si investitia financiara, sa fie rentabile. Pe langa rentabilitate, am avut satisfactia ca beneficiarii au fost multumiti, satisfactia sustenabilitatii si un Award important intr-un domeniu in care nu am avut experienta pana acum, cum este cel al turismului, accomodation.

Image-1Using all the actives from the present on the way towards the wanted future, last year 2017, have been resulted a few achievements, that I would like to specify in the rows of this blog.

And this is because these achievements in  7 months, had like base novel actions for me, with determination, perseverance and quality; and even if the important determination came from the financial needs, the results have been significant, over expectations.

Than when was difficult and appeared that I will be overcome, it helped me the conscious and additional energy that I’ve been added through the respect for an investment that was supposed to produce, for the beneficiaries of my work, for the money; and helped me a lot the Nature, that I cherish it and I see it like a representation of the divine energy.

2IMG_1723It was a test for me, that I admit, I didn’t want it. But was a novel test of skill, physical force, organization, speed, attention on the details, passion for taste and originality, finding technical, logical solutions that solve problems with low costs.

These, combining with a good relationship with customers, with online services providers and with finding the efficient communication environments, had to drive to the conclusion that, in 7 months, my work, time and energy allocated in this direction, into a more complex context of activities, to arrive to be with rentability. Besides rentability, I had the satisfaction that the beneficiaries liked their holiday, the satisfaction of the sustainability and an important Award, in a domain where I hadn’t experience till now, tourism, accommodation.

Sa conduca, adica sa produca rezultate catre prosperitate

Ceea ce am vazut in interviul de acum 7 luni cu cei doi domni, dl Prim Ministru si dl Presedinte Partid, am vazut doi oameni slabi care nu emana siguranta ca stiu ce au de facut pentru rolurile lor foarte importante prin care conduc Romania.

Aceasta siguranta se citeste peste eventualele emotii. Aceasta siguranta se citeste in atitudinea in raspunsuri indiferent de intrebari si se construieste pe fundamente de valori personale si daca se poate, pe valori colective. In cazul dumnealor, si pe zeci de ani de politica de partid care cred ca trebuie sa insemne pe langa influente, programe, marketing de partid, trebuie sa insemne cunoasterea realitatii oamenilor si a tarii si trebuie sa insemne evolutia fiecarui membru.

Astfel incat, daca menirea partidului de a conduce se implineste, acestia sa fie pregatiti sa conduca.

A conduce nu a se instala. A conduce, adica navigare in realitate nationala si internationala cu luare de atitudine, decizii strategice si reprezentare profesionista.

Sa conduca adica sa produca rapid rezultate catre prosperitatea tarii, incadrata intr-un framework European si intr-un framework Global.

Am vazut si interviul cu dl Prim Ministru in Paris acum cateva zile si am sesizat o evolutie in atitudine si in siguranta. Si cand sa pot sa spun ca pare ca incepe sa stie ce are de facut, are mai multa siguranta si curaj, aflu ca va fi demis.

Mediocritatea cu orgolii de putere nu lasa loc evolutiei.

In modul la care merg lucrurile acum, nivelul este din ce in ce mai down, oamenii ajungand sa priveasca, cu complacere cum copiii lor sunt opriti sa evolueze, cu toata inteligenta crescanda cu care se nasc, ca si cum ar trebui sa isi salveze parintii.

Am ajuns sa cred din ce in ce mai mult, ca singura sansa este ca partidele politice sa ia o pauza, sa se reinventeze, sa isi angajeze coacheri din tara si strainatate si sa revina pregatiti peste cativa ani, timp in care tara sa fie condusa pe criterii tehnocrate, de catre oameni eficienti, curajosi, cu atitudine de leaderi, care sa repare legile, care stiu sa lucreze in echipa, sa reprezinte cu responsabilitate, pentru ca vad rezultatele muncii lor.
